"Trade Glass for Lovely Gifts" Event at O-I BJC

On March 18, O-I BJC successfully hosted the "Trade Glass for Gifts" festival at the O-I BJC Vietnam glass plant. The event attracted a large number of employees who came to donate glass and receive charming gifts. Let’s take a look back at this exciting event with O-I BJC.

At the event area, the Organizing Committee prepared color-coded sorting bins to help employees easily donate their glass correctly. Throughout the event, staff from various departments brought in used glass packaging to exchange for lovely gifts such as notebooks and shopping vouchers.

Mr. Truc from the Manufacturing Excellence Department shared: "This is a meaningful program because I can contribute glass for production while receiving a gift. In addition to the glass used at home, I also encouraged my neighbors to join in and donate their glass as well."

This was the first time O-I BJC organized the "Trade Glass for Lovely Gifts" event, creating a "green space" for all employees to practice recycling together. By the end of the program, the Organizing Committee collected 550kg of glass for recycling.
