O-I BJC x HCMUT | EXCITEMENT AT ROUND 2 – GLASS AMBASSADOR CHALLENGE

Passion – Intensity – Creativity! That was the electrifying atmosphere at Round 2 of the Glass Ambassador Challenge (GAC), held on July 5 at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT).

As a competition under the University–Industry (U-I) collaboration model, GAC is part of Bach Khoa Innovation 2025, organized by HCMUT. The challenge focuses on solving real-world issues that O-I BJC faces in glass collection and recycling.

In this round, GAC welcomed four outstanding teams, each delivering impressive presentations that offered practical and creative ideas and solutions. A standout feature of the projects was the clever integration of technology, environmental sustainability, and community impact—reflecting innovative thinking and a strong sense of social responsibility.

Beyond their well-prepared pitches, the teams impressed the judges with their sharp critical thinking and exceptional teamwork skills. The judging panel was facing the tough task of selecting the most outstanding projects to move forward to the Final Round.
