On January 29, 2026, O-I BJC Vietnam held a Strategic Workshop for senior and middle management to prepare for the next phase of development.
In an open and dynamic atmosphere, participants shared diverse perspectives, discussed strategic directions, and aligned on key actions for the time ahead. Many practical initiatives were also proposed, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement, and strengthening a culture of internal engagement.
