MAKE US MATTERS: A JOURNEY OF ENGAGEMENT & EXPLOSION WITH O-I BJCers

UNITY, ENGAGMENT, EXPLOSION - these are the lingering emotions from the 2024 Teambuilding: "Make Us Matters" organized by O-I BJC Vietnam in Phước Hải, Vũng Tàu in mid-December.

Over 300 O-I BJCers participated in this challenging and exciting Teambuilding activity. The series of challenges not only required unity and smooth collaboration but also sparked teamwork spirit and creativity among all members.

This was an opportunity for O-I BJCers to set aside work, enjoy, relax, and create unforgettable memories after a passionate year of 2024.

The program not only brought joy and laughter but also provided a chance for O-I BJCers to interact, engage, and understand each other better. These memorable experiences have contributed to building a stronger and more united O-I BJC team. We believe that this spirit will continue to be maintained and promoted in the upcoming journeys.
