DEVELOPMENT TRAINING FOR MIDDLE MANAGERS – BUILDING A SUSTAINABLE TEAM

Building and developing a sustainable team has always been one of the top priorities in O-I BJC’s human resource development strategy.

In that spirit, the training course "Management Skills for Middle Managers" was held on June 25–26, 2025, with the aim of enhancing leadership and management capabilities for the company’s next generation of young leaders.

The program focused on equipping middle managers with essential skills to help them become a strong bridge between senior leadership and employees. It also emphasized enhancing leadership effectiveness and fostering team cohesion—especially in the context of a VUCA world: one that is volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous.

This initiative serves as a solid foundation in the journey of "igniting passion – inspiring growth" for O-I BJC’s emerging talents—those who continuously learn, evolve, and join hands in shaping a sustainable future for the organization.
