During the first half of 2026, BJC Glass Malaysia achieved significant progress in workforce development by delivering a series of specialized training programs for its employees.

A wide range of training sessions was conducted for specialized teams, focusing on key areas such as Quality, EHS, and Technical. In the second half of the year, the company will further expand these training initiatives to other departments and functions, providing learning and development opportunities for employees across the organization.
