BJC GLASS MALAYSIA: FROM UNIVERSITY TO THE WORKPLACE
At BJC Glass Malaysia, we regularly welcome students from various universities to join our internship programs, giving them the opportunity to experience a professional working environment and apply what they’ve learned in the classroom.
In 2026, we welcomed multiple groups of interns across different departments, creating a valuable exchange where students gained hands-on experience while bringing fresh energy and perspectives to our workplace.

Leysha Roshni, a Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) student who interned in Shipping Department, shared: “My internship gave me valuable hands-on experience in shipping operations, from handling documents and updating information in SAP and Excel to preparing SST-related documents. Beyond the technical knowledge, I also learned how to communicate and coordinate with different parties, manage my time effectively, and take greater responsibility for my work. Most importantly, the experience helped me see how the knowledge I gained at university translates into real-world practice.”
